Returns & Exchange
The customer can claim a return if the merchandise delivered to you is either not the same size or what you ordered. There is a limited time to notify the company about the problem. If the customer receives a damaged or faulty product, they can go for a full-fledged refund.
In case of payment issues like the company charging your card twice allows you to claim a refund while having authentic proof of that claim.
Unfortunately, if the client has a change of mind and wants to cancel the order, Michael Jackson Outfits gives them a chance to do it within the next 24 hours of the original purchase date and time. Orders won’t be canceled after the grace period and once they are out for shipping.
There are certain conditions that you have to fulfill. Otherwise, we won’t consider your refund claim.
- Returned product should have its original packaging.
- Returned product should be accompanied by the original receipt or any other proof of purchase.
- Returned product should be unused and unwashed.
